New handsets are released daily on the market making handset management a difficult task for both the operator and the subscriber. With the launch of new mobile data services, managing Over-The-Air a large variety of devices becomes a must. Manually configuring these services is a cumbersome task and might induce huge indirect revenue losses for the mobile operator.
Invigo's Automatic Device Management allows operators to configure Over-The-Air subscribers' handsets for data services such as WAP, GPRS, MMS and E-Mail with the appropriate settings. Moreover, it allows to remotely query device information, diagnose handsets, detect faults and wrong settings, repair handsets, and manage embedded/installed Software applications.
